Activities for 2005-2006

Babysitting Nights
JIF members volunteer their time to take care of professors'
and PAR students' children for a night. A fee of $25 for the first
child and $5 for each additional child supports out Operation
Iraqi Classroom and Gautamalan Projects. We offer games, dinner
crafts, movies, and more fun.

T-shirt Sale
Every year, we make JIF t-shirts as a fundraiser. This year, we
are ordering grey shirts with blue and gold writing. On the front is
JIF Juniata Instructors of the Future. On the back is the quote:
"If you can read this, thank a teacher."

Student Teacher Care Packages
JIF puts together a gift for the student teachers in the fall and spring
to give support and things that will help them as they adjust to
entering the teaching world.
