Valerie Park, Ph. D.

Valerie Park is an Assistant Professor in the Education Department. She taught for many years in both elementary and secondary schools. Her professional interests include staying current in the areas of children’s and young adult literature, the changing world of literacy, and research in the area of student teaching. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
