Hey Everyone
Tomorrow is the ZONE 3 Meeting!
A lot of miscellaneous things:
Amy: Pick up the 75 programs and two posters and bring to registration table. The print shop is open from 10-3.
Brad: Check availability online for rooms C225 and C210. When classes are done for the day, bring chairs from C210 to C225 and make sure there are approximately 75 seats available. Move back when meeting is over.
Mike: Signs for t-shirt sales ($10), books for sale ($15), Temple Meeting in C212 (about 4 of them)
Cameron: double check that we have a tech person available for Alumni on Friday.
People Registering: Make sure you have each person (including faculty) and sign up for a raffle (name/school)
*Physics of Superheroes” will be on sale for $15
