The Juniata College Women's Group wouldn't be what it is today without the help, support, and friendship of its advisor, Beth Williams. A native of Huntingdon, Beth graduated from Juniata College with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and went on to receive a Master's of Social Work degree from Temple University.

In the past, Beth has been a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and worked at Mainstream Counseling of Huntingdon as an Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Therapist / Prevention Specialist. She is currently employed as the counselor for students at Juniata College through a contract with J.C. Blair Hospital. Beth also serves on the Board of Directors for The Huntingdon House, a local shelter for abused and battered women.

In what little spare time she has, Beth enjoys reading, gardening, camping, and hiking. She is a mother of three; two daughters and one son. Those who know her best would describe Beth as "an angel without wings"; one who is completely selfless and committed to serving others.
